You can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched and is not a sale item.
Please note that once an order enters the shipping process, it may be impossible to stop it, even if it has not physically left our warehouse.
In those rare cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs already incurred.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
